We were very fortunate to have Revd Dr Mark Siddal visit us. Revd Mark is Vicar of St James Church, Quedgeley and also a Climate Change Scientist who has published fifty scientific papers! It was fascinating to hear him answer Year 6’s questions about ‘Science and Creation: Conflicting or complementary?’ It really gave us food for thought and helped us understand that for Rev Mark there is no conflict and that it’s important to distinguish between ‘How’ and ‘why?’ questions.
